Amaris Hotel Senen

Needs improvement in a lot of aspects... Dirty place, stain on bed sheet, moist and stained and cracked wall, the air smells bad,.... Had to check out before my due time since I felt unsecure and uncomfortable being inside a room while I still can hear people walking and talking outside my door... Sorry... :( But the receptionist was nice... Even though it was quite a long process one to get the room key on check in time...

kami sekeluarga liburan di jkt dgn tujuan supaya dekat kemana mana kami memilih hotel amaris senen di jkt pusat krn terlek di dekat monas dan stasiun gambar hotelnya mungi tempat tidur juga mungil cukup untuk org bertiga 1 kamar namun sarapan pagi kurang enak krn nasi terasa keras

The room's cleanliness need to improve moree ... ants,ac leaking,the bed sheet has stain in it. The tv channels not complete but loves the food especially the oxtail soup. The best things from this hotel is the location very strategic, may be the only budget hotel in senen area

Many ants in my room... The bathroom was dirty... bathroom's door was stuck.. Others service is good.. The location near with shopping centre, but there was a big traffic every afternoon... overall is good

My second time staying in this hotel. As usual the check in was quick however since the hotel was fully booked I had to wait until 2pm before finally got a room. Unfortunately few things make the visit a bit unpleasant. 1. The baggage delivery was quite slow. I need to wait for about 1 hour and calling the reception 2 times before my baggage was sent to the room. 2. The air conditioning was malfunction in room 609. Again no technicians was coming to fix. After complain to the reception at first they told me no more room available. It was before I told them I want to check out before they finally get me a new room 518. The new room is fine and I managed to extend for 1 more night On the positive side all the staffs from security guard, housekeeping, receptionist are providing a good services. In particular I would like to thank Mr. Jaenudin, Ms. Sisca & Mr. Deni for handling & solving my complaint. Breakfast mostly Indonesian menu with rice, noodles and meats. Toasted bread is available along with omelette. Porridge is also available with different kinds of condiments. Rooms are clean although a little bit small with hot shower, AC, LCD Tv, small table in the corner and WiFi coverage to keep you comfortable.

There were little cockroaches in my room!! And to make it worse, the receptionist gave the taxi that I booked to another guest and without having any regret she said that she thought it was ok since I was not waiting at the lobby for the taxi. She did that without clarifying it first to me because if she did she would know that I was waiting for the taxi in my room!!

The rooms are just too small. But this is the only hotel I have stayed in Indonesia that actually has a big 5-gallon water dispenser right outside the room so you can (almost) always get more water when you need it. Most hotels want to charge you for every little bottle. Breakfast was so so, but hey it is included! Location is somewhat central but there is very little within walking distance in terms of restaurants or mini-marts etc.

One of the best hotels, great value, would definitely stay there again and assume entire chain of hotels is similar!

Very comfortable stay, clean room, good breakfast with freshly made omelet and Indonesian food. Free Wi-Fi was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Less than a kilometer from a big shopping mall with a lots of fast food outlets and restaurants. Safe in the room.The most economically best stay I ever had. Will stay there again.

Menginap 4 hari 3 malam disini, pada malam pertama mendapat kamar menghadap jalan raya, suara kendaraan dari jalan raya relalu berisik sehingga mengganggu kenyamanan berisitrahat, sehingga kami meminta pindah kamar yang agak belakang pada keesokan harinya, cukup nyaman dan tidak berisik. Untuk pemesanan makanan ke kamar (room service) kami mendapatkan pengalaman yang cukup mengecewakan, kami memesan paket sop buntut + nasi + lemon tea dan capcay goreng, pesanan tidak kunjung datang setelah satu jam memesan, akhirnya kami menanyakan perihal pesanan kami kembali, namun pihak hotel hanya menjawab akan segera diantar dan mengatakan bahwa capcay gorengnya tidak tersedia, saya cukup kecewa karena pesanan kami lama sekali dan ada menu yang tidak tersdia saat itu namun baru diberitahu satu jam kemudian.
