Booked a superior room but apart from the bed being bigger it wasn't although bed linen excellent and mattress good. Secure parking

Breakfast not good. Very industrial. Fresh fruit salad was frozen! Impossible to eat. Grey scrambled eggs! Runny yogurts. Air-conditioning not working . We asked for assistance someone came to show us how to operate it! When we complained at checkout we were told by the same person it hadn't yet been put into service!
