My stay at the Fairmont Jaipur was simply unforgettable. From the moment I arrived until my departure, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is magnificent, combining elegance, luxury, and authentic Rajasthani charm. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, and offered exceptional comfort. The facilities were outstanding, the service was flawless, and every detail reflected the highest standards of hospitality. The location, ambiance, cleanliness, amenities, and overall value exceeded all expectations. Despite being a large luxury property, the hotel maintained a peaceful and relaxing environment throughout my stay. A truly memorable experience that I will cherish for a long time. We had a wonderful stay with our family at Fairmont Jaipur. The hotel offers beautiful ambience, spacious rooms, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. I was upgraded to Fairmont Gold; my room was huge and give me the royalty experience. Also, the bathroom oh my god it was huge. The breakfast, High Tea, the ritual of evening, the entry everything was royal and exquisite. I will definitely come again with family. and recommend everyone to go at least once there to experience this surreal experience.

Few area of hotel was close due to construction, though I would like to visit the roof top and outer area of hotel

Where do I start. So much construction going on - hammering that went on next to my room the entire morning. When we asked for it to stop were told sorry this will continue. Also- room on the 4th floor has direct sound of drums beating from the ground floor. It’s like staying in the jungle book. Swimming pool was A - dirty, and B - half of what was shown in pictures as some construction was going on. Overall - quite disappointing.

During the high tea service, my child was eating the namkeen that was served when a large stone was found in it. Unfortunately, the stone got stuck in my child’s mouth, causing distress and creating a serious safety concern. This incident is extremely disappointing and raises questions about the quality control and food safety standards maintained by the hotel. Such negligence could have resulted in a severe injury.

The property itself is a architectural masterpiece, stunningly blending Mughal and Rajput grandeur against the backdrop of the Aravalli hills. The rooms are incredibly spacious, gorgeous, and opulent—the four-poster beds and the signature pink stone bathtubs are absolute standouts. Fairmont Jaipur is a stunningly beautiful property, but what truly makes it world-class is its incredible team. The level of hospitality here is unmatched. A huge thank you to Manali Adwani (Guest Experience Executive) for her seamless coordination, warm welcome, and for ensuring our entire stay was absolutely perfect. "Jitendra Sharma" from housekeeping for keeping our room immaculate and ensuring absolute comfort. Dining at Zoya was an absolute delight thanks to the flawless service and warmth of "Akash", "Vishal", and "Shreya". We also had a fantastic time relaxing by the water, courtesy of "Monu" and "Pradeep" at the poolside bar who took excellent care of us. To top it all off, the spa experience was incredibly rejuvenating, all thanks to "Leela's" amazing expertise. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Can't wait to return!
