Hotelzimmer war sauber, Parkplatz vor der Tür, perfekte Lage für Kurztrip nach Versailles.

Das Personal wirkte teils unprofessionell und überfordert. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war mittelmäßig (z.B. kein Gemüse) und die Sauberkeit von etwa den Behältern für Müsli und Co war mindestens mangelhaft. Das „Restaurant“ ist eigentlich eher eine Bar mit ganz kleiner Karten und Pizza.

Rustige omgeving, vriendelijk personeel, voldoende ruime kamer met goed ingerichte badkamer. Uitgebreid en degelijk ontbijt. Bewaakte parkeerplaats.

I requested a gluten-free breakfast for one of my children, and in the morning, I was informed that there was no food for my son, even though I requested it via email and received a positive reply that it was going to be ready. Ended up paying for a room with breakfast, and did not receive what I paid for.

On arrival, I was asked to pay additional charges - city tax, even though I already paid the bill. After explaining that this was the case, the receptionist said I will need to speak to the manager in the morning- this never took place. Additionally, dust and cobwebs in the room were disgusting.

Es fehlt eine Lüftung im Bad , das Zimmer wirkt dadurch klamm , Bad war nicht sauber bei Anfahrt - mehrere Haare an mehreren Stellen
