Hotel Las Arenas

Visited here for a drink and a bite to eat on a Tuesday night. Live music which was very enjoyable. Service was very good and the food was very reasonably priced. Good atmosphere there while the live music was on. Good spot for a drink and a bite to eat.

Although the hotel has only reopened on 27th March and I was one of the first guests, the room 443 showed signs of been dated and needed to be repainted as scuff marks on the wall. As I booked direct with the hotel, there should have been a free bottle of wine but never arrived, even though I mentioned it at reception and they acknowledged it would be delivered, it never arrived. The main draw to the hotel is definitely the room top terrace which has drawn me three times to the hotel. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. As always I enjoyed my stay in Can Pastilla.

Was here for a week. Great breakfast. Ok room. Great location close to the ocean. Wonderful rooftopbar and pool. But, the airport was close, and the take-offs every minute from about 5am was very disturbing. They should have spent more effort on silencing. Maybe it's better on the east side of the hotel

The hotel is clean & comfortable & the staff, especially in the restaurant area are very hard working, keeping tables cleaned & re-set. My room was compact, with a sea view & a very comfortable bed, but please, can hotels stop trying to be 'fashionable & stylish', & actually have doors on the wardrobes. I really don't like to see my clothes hanging there, in the middle of the night!! Also, a 4 Star hotel should not be charging guests to use the room safe & on another note, bottled water in this style of hotel should be complimentary in rooms for all guests. I also agree with another reviewer about breakfast. Why on earth are the cereals at one end of the buffet bar & milk near the fruit, at the other end? That doesn't make sense to me (I for one don't take milk with fruit!). However, all in all this is a nice hotel (I've stayed there twice, so can't be that bad).

I booked a pool view room and was very disappointed with the result, it was dark and at the back of the hotel with no sun on the balcony, I was there a week and never saw anyone use the bottom pool or beds because it was always in the shade, that's why everyone used the roof facilities, which had a bar and 2 small plunge pools, it was lovely up there with brilliant views but packed, I never managed to get a sun bed all week so had to sit in a deck chair, the hotel was spotless throughout, the staff very pleasant and the lounge bar downstairs was a great place to relax, breakfast was really good with plenty of choice, although the items where all over the place, the cereal's were one end of the restaurant then you had to go the other end for the milk, the butter should have been next to the bread etc, you spent ages looking for items, while I was there the restaurant was full but the staff did a brill job, the room safe should be available with the price you pay and not extra, to sum up I would probably stay there again but with a sea view room at the front, although that can be a lot more expensive.

Reviews were mixed on booking.But from arrival our experience during our stay here was 5 star all the way.Great location on the beach near to numerous bars and restaurants, room was spacious and modern and cleaned on a daily basis.Range and quality of food at breakfast and dinner was top class.All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and hard workers.Hotel was spotlessly clean.just one small suggestion to improve,we stayed 8 days and as our beach towels were soiled and required changing, we were charged €10 for each towel, for a hotel of this class, I think they are leaving themselfs down with this policy

Ett relativt nyrenoverat hotell med utmärkt läge vid ena änden av den långa sandstrandsbukten. Vi bodde på våning 6 med en härlig balkong mot havet. En riklig frukostbuffé, på gränsen till känsla av lunchbuffé. Slamrigt och högljutt i matsalen (borde installera ljudabsorbenter!) Utmärkt städning av rummet varje dag. Lite trist att man inte erbjöd iordningställande av frukostpaket, den dag vi skulle åka hem med väldigt tidigt flyg. Utmärkt läge på hotellet nära många restauranger och små butiker.

Hotel is prachtig, naast het strand (proper). De kamers waren zeer mooi ingericht en werden elke dag gepoetst. Zeer gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet. Je kon zelfs buiten ontbijten. Zwembad altijd netjes gehouden.

Nice clean and updated hotel, easy access to the beach and lots of restaurants etc. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Great range of food for breakfast and buffet dinners. Our Seaview room was clean, but very small with only one small hanging clothes space - there were no drawers for clothes, so we just lived out of the suitcase. You have to pay €3 a day to use the safe in the bedroom. To use pool towels, you pay a refundable €15 per towel which is returned when you hand the towels back in.
