Close to where we needed to be - Church Minshull is the quintessential English village with its Church, Pub and a handful of houses. The road is surprisingly busy though, it's not the M6 but more traffic than I would have anticipated! Staff were friendly and helpful, food was excellent - quite an extensive dinner menu, and breakfasts were just as good - and well priced. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The only comment here is that the bathroom in our particular room could have been a little bigger, although that would have meant encroaching into the bedroom space. In fact, that en-suite was fine - it was clean and well equipped, it was just a bit awkward opening the door, getting into the bathroom and closing the door behind you. But we managed!!

We have stopped in a lot of places and this is up there as one of the best, The room was imaculate and very comfortable, the pub was well maintained and in perfect condition. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly and welcoming. The village is small but has some lovely buildings, the pub car park has an information board relating the history of the village and the older buildings. We were very happy and are so pleased to have another walk to do around the village, so we can return in the future.

This is the part i was dreading filling in. I have no idea what to put. There is nothing we did not like. Only thing i can think of is our visit was too short.
