Penny's Motel

The design of the room was excellent. Quiet HVAC system, small bathroom, but nice tiles and a shower that’s easy to work. Full length mirror. Kleenex. No noise at night.

We would have liked a small chair to put our clothes on.

Dinner was excellent. No breakfasts served but restaurants nearby.A

As I mentioned to them, I would have rated it a 10 but for the soft beds and my wonky back.

Everything was perfect!

Great location - 10 min drive from blue mountain and few minutes away from the shops/cafes of Thornbury. Modern and cozy interiors with great attention to details and amenities (Fire pit, sauna, Nesspresso machine, smart TV, and many other little things that make a difference)

Mattress was too soft and pillows too high, but that’s a matter of preference I suppose. Opening times of shop/bar/apres area were limited to the afternoon.

Modern, clean rooms with cool art and little quirks! Sauna was lush, hope to use the cold pool next time. Short walk through some cool parks, waterside trails and yummy grub! Staff were great and welcomed us upon arrival.

Cool place to stop on our way home from Manitoulin but not tonnes to do locally (without going to Collingwood).

The Staff at Apres was AMAZING!!!! The Manager was also so kind and accommodating.

Room was cute, grounds were fun and the food was delicious.

Location directly at the street - no breakfast option at the morel in the morning unheated pool

Such a cute motel. Vibe was amazing, so quiet too. Comfy rooms with all the amenities you need and more . Stay were over the top exuding customer service and so personable . Within a 10 minute walk to downtown to lots of excellent restaurants and shops. Across from Thornbury brewery too! Can walk to the harbour which was a bonus! Definitely recommend and will go again.
