Penny's Motel

The area is amazing, the fire pit, the restaurant and the room are lovely. I want to go back.

I have stayed here a few times when in town for work and the hotel manager remembered me and even took the time to leave me a personal welcome note and to leave me a bag of ice to stock my cooler for the next day before I left for work.

The room I stayed in this time was a little dim, the lights were too low for me to read before I went to sleep and I had to use my phone to light my book while reading.

The diner attached is super cute and quaint and, we loved the space.

Room is slightly smaller than expected but we get it, not worth complaining about - will just book the bigger room next time.

Everything was as described and the room was ready for our stay. Staff were very responsive when we called in but otherwise we didn’t have much contact with them. I’d stay again at Penny’s Motel and recommend it to friends.

The room was a bit cold when we arrived and given that it was winter time, it took a little time to warm up.

Very clean, helpful staff, comfortable bed, centrally located!

We were traveling with a dog, so needed to eat in room. Would be helpful to have two chairs.

Maybe longer hours for the bar and restaurant

Lovely spot - very cute, great heated floors. Staff were very responsive and helpful.
