Hotel had great reviews, so we booked our overnight stay here. Front desk person was very nice, friendly and helpful at check-in. Our room left a lot to be desired. The chair had a burn hole in it, the fan motor on the heater was so loud it was hard to sleep, the bathroom sink was clogged beyond belief, the bathrub faucet was rusted, the remote to the tv didn't and the overall quality of the room was just ok. I think the review when I booked said 8.7 stars and I think 6 is probably more accurate.

My favorite place to stay for any time I have to stay down there. Could use some better vending machines but great place

Easy access

It was WONDERFUL! It ALWAYS is when we take a trip away to this hotel. This is our go to place to just escape the hustle & bustle of busy life. We LOVE this hotel & it's service! Especially the older gentleman that assist with keeping the continental breakfast stocked up in the mornings. My children thank him every time for his amazing hard work.

Booked two rooms for overnight stay before a Saturday football game at Spartan Stadium. Both rooms- absolutely disgusting. Shredded Curtains. Holes in lampshades. Bathtub drain rusted and sharp. Black mold growing on showerhead and faucets. Holes in and torn wallpaper. Brackets hanging on the wall that hold nothing. Bugs in bathroom. Paint/Glue/Plaster ?? spilled all over bath tub. No hot water in shower. Hardest bed ever. We checked in late and were told no other rooms were available. Had no choice but to stay as all hotels in area were booked. Paid over $400 for both rooms. Holiday Inn customer service offered us 10,000 reward points for each room which they told me was equivalent to $100. This is not appropriate compensation for the filth and disgustingness we had to endure.
