Marina Hotel at Shelter Bay

I was charged at the hotel for my stay. I had to wait. three months to get seven. Hundred dollars refunded.

convenient location to what we needed for this trip.

wasn’t the cleanest, but housekeeping would come back if notified. power went out in middle of night and, generator was outside the window and got very loud.

The staff is excellent and the location is beautiful. The restaurant was good and the staff there was also excellent.

Undergoing much needed updates. Very noisy during the day. Couldn't use our balcony, debris falling from the ceiling due to the construction work. Had to keep our blinds drawn most of the day.

the bed was very comfy and good shower also good yoghurt and granola breakfast although that wasn't included with the standard breakfast.

The hotel is very tired, balcony a mess and the tiles on the floor were lifting. The restaurant service was not good either. Too expensive for the state of the place.
