Dishonest staff unsafe conditions. Elevators reported as not working staff does not care. Claims no supervisors on staff on weekends. If you get stuck they don’t care.

Our room was hot and the A/C was sooo loud. It sounded like an old clunky engine. Something was wrong with the TV. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
