"Great Customer Service "

Had an issue with my room where the air con had a slow drip. Spoke to the receptionist, who advised the maintenance was not available so if I wanted to change the room. Was happy to do so and actually gave me a better room than I had. Great customer service! The original room did look a bit run down whereas the new room looked new and well kitted out.

"Renoveras"

Rummen skulle behöva renoveras. Tapeten sitter löst på många ställen. De skulle också behöva en storstädning. Hotell ser inte ut som ett 4-stjärnigt hotell för mig.

Dit hotel is een aanrader, de locatie is zeer goed, prachtig pand en erg fijn personeel. Onze directe ervaring was het personeel smorgens bij het ontbijt, wat een spontaan ontvangst, erg gastvrij, ze doen alles om de gast blij te maken! Een woord, Top!

"Renovierungsstau, keine Heizung"

Die Heizung auf den Zimmern ist abgestellt ( im Winter). Heizen nur über Air-condition möglich. Man sieht das Renovierung und Instandhaltungen ausstehen. Das Essen und der Service sind gut. Frühstück ist so la la.

"Preis Leistung passt leider nicht"

Der Aufenthalt war ok. Für 4 Sterne und knapp 120€ die Nacht (ohne Frühstück) habe ich anderes erwartet. Chips unterm Bett vom Gast zuvor. Fahrradgarage komplett überfüllt. Betten nicht gemacht. Plastikbecher im bad. Ständig kleine Käfer im Zimmer. Alles sehr lieblos gemacht.

Staff always make you feel welcoming and loved staying there for the last two years coming over for stockcar World Cup at venray so peaceful to have a chat and few drinks room is always easy to use if you have a specific need
