"Great location, dated apartment and disappointing customer service."

The location was excellent. The pool and spa area were great. It was nice and secure.

The pots and pans were dirty. The kitchen roller blind didn't work. We asked for pool towels to be replaced 3 days in and never got any 5 days later. The apartment was only serviced once in 9 days. The property managers were not accommodating.
