The access to and from the property to the highway.

The aesthetics of the facility were definitely not the best. Also, the staff were not the most helpful, quite rude and very inconsiderate.

"Don't stay here!!"

The hot shower.

There was a homeless person with all their things where the ice machine was. The floor of the room wasn't clean. The breakfast was packaged muffins, yogurt and packaged burritos. Not a continental breakfast. I complained to the front desk and they didn't care.

Nothing. I did not like this place at all.

I did not like the breakfast portions. There is a big mold spot in the bathroom, and bugs crawling all over the floor. The door lock didn't work. Room 109. I won't stay there again.
