I had a good experience staying with Elan Greenhills. I was even surprised to get a room upgrade that is so big for one person. It was also good to have your breakfast delivered in your room. Staffs are also friendly and helpful.

My stay in the hotel was incredible. All the staffs were friendly and the room was freshly cleaned. I got the time to fully relax before and after I went to a concert in Teatrino Promenade. Keep up the good work!

When I was checking in, some guy walk up next to me & made an inquiry about the hotel rate to the front desk attendant (FDA). The FDA politely answered the question. After the 1st question, he started asking more questions, so the FDA started answering all his questions while I stand there. I got pissed so I told both of them that I came first & also a paid customer. They both realized their mistakes so the guy just walked out & the FDA continued my checked in process. A very unprofessional FDA. Next day, I ordered hot coffee from Starbucks. I instructed the delivery guy to drop it off at my room. Minutes passed, checked my phone, my order was delivered & got dropped off at the front desk. Wondering what happened to my order so I immediately went down at the lobby. I told the receptionist how come I didn’t get a call for my delivery. She said she was waiting for their guy to take it up to my room. Wouldn’t it be nice to inform me over the phone to wait at my room for my delivery? My hot coffee turned into warm coffee by the time I got back at my room.

My second time here at Elan. Diane front desk manager always took care of my needs. Very convenient location just across Greenhills promenade. Front desk and housekeeping staff were all helpful and friendly. Needs some repair at the hallway leading to the elevators. Rooms are just the right size. Bed Linens needs to be updated. Overall it was a great experience.
