"Do not book AC room as it does not work at all."

4.0

Me & my wife visited on 11thNov 2012 and was very upset with the room condition. AC was not working, bathroom was choked and dirty. Food at Casa Fiesta restaurant near beach was tasteless. However, the manager was very generous and he shifted us to a new AC room but in different location which was 3 KM from this hotel. Overall, you can go for this hotel only when you want to stay in rooms without AC and prefer non veg or sea food. Best of Luck.

"Must Visit if in Goa !"

10.0

Extremely positive staff members. Very helpful. Food at the Casa Fiesta Restaurant by the beach side is just out of this world. Mahesh and Thakur (the two brothers) are really sweet. They can help you out with almost anything you need to know to get around the city. Close by to the hotel you can also rent out scooters and bikes to commute in and around the city for a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend this hotel to any couple who wants to go on a completely secluded romantic area by the beach side. The beach side is not crowded which makes it cleaner and extremely pleasant. I stayed here for 14 days and I loved every bit of it. Its quite laid back and relaxed unlike the crowded beaches near Baga, Anjuna and Vagator.

"okay, but there are better places for the money"

6.0

The room and the bathroom were okay. There is no reception. The owner has a small shop in the hotel, where you can find him. The way to the beach is about 5 minutes.

"A éviter!!!"

2.0

"It wasn't bad."

But our first impression was pretty bad. For this price, it was pretty fine, but I think one can get something nicer at the beach.

"Avoid at all cost."

2.0

I booked the A/C room on Paolem Beach for the 28th of December 2011 to the 3rd of Jan 2012 thinking that when I arrive it would be nice to have somewhere a little more up market the extra cost. it was amusing to find out on arrival that the hotel is in no shape or form to command the price it does. 1 The hotel exterior is falling apart. 2. You are right on the busy market street which is very loud. 3. The corridors to you room have no lighting with rubbish and old matresses in them. 4. The A/c in the room is old and sounds like a tractor 5. Tv old and just about worked with open wiring around airel socket 6. bedside lighting ripped out of walls leaving exposed live wires Defeniatly dont bring kids! 7. Mattress on bed was like carboard I asked for more mattress but never got one. 8. The bathroom had not been cleaned for months 9. No security box 10. sheets and pillows were stained and old. So I showed all this to the owner on the following morning all the problems and so asked for a refund, the answer was no with no attempt or consideration to attend to any of the issues. I therfore checked out immediately and lost my money. So if you still book this place make sure you pay the rate of a 1 star hotel.
