This is hotel is located right in the middle of the business district, minutes away from the conference and convention centre, metro station and very accessible to many shopping malls (hence F&B). There is even a 24hr family mart just across the main entrance. The building serves as an office as well as a hotel, so there is a ground floor concierge counter while the main reception and hotel lobby is on level 26. The hotel occupies level 26 and above, hence all rooms will come with a view. You may even get to enjoy the light show of the CBD buildings from your window if it faces the city. The hotel staff were friendly and will try their best to accommodate to your needs. The room I stayed in for 4 nights was clean and comfortable. It even has a pillow menu for you to choose your favourite pillow. What I love was the bathtub with a small TV in the toilet! Overall, I will highly recommend this hotel.

Despite all the not so good reviews online, I actually felt that my stay was great! Nice big room, comfortable bed that came with a pillow menu. Big wet and dry toilet with a superb bathtub with a small TV right in front! It’s within the main business district so it’s very quiet during the weekends. But there are many malls around the area so there are a wide variety of f&b to choose from. There is a 24hr family mart right across the hotel. Also a 24hr mala still in the mall right next to the hotel.

辦理入住的時間很長,服務員的服務和態度很差

Very good hotel. Didn’t take the breakfast though as we need halal food and most people there don’t speak English so it’s difficult to communicate with them about our requirement

Very modern, but the staff is not prepare to handle international travelers, they speak English, but very basic, If you don’t mind, the hotel is perfect

Bad quality awkward design. No service at all! Bath room is bad, tile is like unfinished work. And dirty
