"Clean and quiet "

Very clean and quiet place for a motel. I liked their vinyl flooring instead of sticky smelly carpet. This motel even has a pool.

"Exceptional"

Stopped by to view the clear night sky at the South Llano state park. Checked in quite late- Staff was responsive. 5 star eco rating- there were deer grazing by the lobby window when we pulled up!

For what you pay it is a nice motel. This is an old small motel. It’s clean, quiet and has comfortable beds. Not a five star place but we stay here regularly when we are in this area. Will continue to use this place.
