Good value. Amazing view. Generally quiet.

The apartment we had was a bit dated, but we did get it at a reasonable price.

Unit needs to be deep cleaned, dust build up everywhere behind TV and on windows/door tracks and on furniture $500 incidentals hold on credit card is way higher than most other hotels, seems very unnecessary

Location, communication from the staff was good before check in.

The apartment was pretty run down. Floor was lifting up due to a water leak I’m assuming. The Entry door had been replaced and was sort of half painted. The entry into the room seemed as if it was half through a renovation or fix up. The extra bed only came with sheets and no blanket. Lucky I had one in the car.

Great location and friendly staff. The reception doggo was so cute!

Our couches had the power cords removed so we could not recline the chairs. This was intentional and when I followed up with the property manager was offered cushions instead. Our family were very uncomfortable in the place that was supposed to help us relax. This ruined the stay for us as we just could not get comfortable due to the angle of the chairs. We've stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world and never have we not been able to use recliners on the couch. Why put this kind of sofa in if you're not going to let people get comfortable? The beds were also uncomfortable. We all left with sore necks and backs.

The staff were very friendly and efficient; the location of the apartments were fantastic as it was a short walk to shops and surf club and directly across the road to the beach and the apartment we stayed in was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Only 4 minor things we think could be improved. Firstly, there were no beach towels in the apartment for guests to use or at reception. Staff said we could purchase one but there were none for us to use otherwise which we thought very unusual for beachside accommodation. Secondly, there was complimentary tea and sugar satchels in the apartment plus milk but no coffee satchels which also seemed very unusual. Thirdly, we received a welcome email with Wi-Fi and other details about 24 hours after we had checked in, rather than as soon as we checked in. Finally, the apartment whilst clean and comfortable in general was a bit outdated in appearance and some of the furniture in the living area was a bit worn and uncomfortable (the lounge in particular). These were only minor things though and we were very happy overall.
