The room is great, the location is quite but central, very close to the main plaza and restaurants and bars. The breakfast is amazing. The stuff is very nice and helpfull

Convenient room, nice shower, great location, and the best breakfast in Peru! Greate service! The kept by baggage while I went to Colca canyon, and when I was back both my baggage and my laundry was waiting for me in the room that I re-booked.

There was a bit of moldy smell in my room, probably specific to the room I was in.

Beat breakfast I’ve had so far in Peru. Staff was really nice and welcoming. they’ve let me leave my luggage and also do some laundry while I want to an overnight trip to colca canyon. when I can back my luggage and folder laundry was waiting for me in the room . location is also convenient and close to center.

I liked almost everything, but there was a bit of damp smell each time I entered the room. it was less felt with time. probably that was something specific to my room cause of the carpet covering the floor .

"Decent stay near the city centre."

Nice hotel, with a great breakfast and restaurant.

Staying on the main floor, near the cleaning room was loud. There was a window above my room door, so whenever someone was in the hall, my room would be bright. The curtains didn’t fully close, so I could see into the hallway and was cautious of if people were there. I am not sure what the second floor is like, but I would recommend trying to get a room up there. Not room 104.

"A top hotel, made better by the staff"

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was checking out very early in the morning and they had a packed lunch for me. Amazing

There was an issue for a few hours with the electricity on the top floor. But the staff informed me as soon as I was back in the hotel.
