Great location inside of Provenza. The hotel is very affordable for its location. It's not an elegant room, but it is still a good room and an incredible location.

Excelente ubicación. Desayuno muy bueno. Hotel antiguo nada de lujos. El estado de las toallas no era el mejor. Una de las almohadas tenía mancha de sangre. Le pedí que no entraran a la limpieza y como quiera entraron a la habitación.

If you're a light sleeper then this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, if you came to party in Medellin then this will suit anyone fine. The prices they charge seem to vary wildly depending on the season but that's Poblado I guess. I personally don't think their high season prices are worth the accommodations on the premises. They will charge you roughly $35 dollars if you bring in a guest.

You pay for the location, not for the hotel. The receptionist who works the night shift does not have a good attitude towards customers.I do not recommend it, I will not rent at the hotel ACQUA again. TU PAGAS POR LA LOCATION ,NO POR EL HOTEL. LA CHICA DE LA RECEPTION QUE TRABAJA EN LA NOCHE NO TIENE BUENA ACTITUD CON LOS CLIENTES . NO LO RECOMIENDO NO CREO VOLVER A RENTAR EN ESTE HOTEL. ACQUA

"Little things "

They had good toilet paper which I never thought I’d care much about but ended up being something I really appreciated after a couple nights of heavy drinking. The mini bar was stocked really well and the prices were really reasonable. $2.50 for a Red Bull, electrolit, and Gatorade in USD, it was $11 for the little bottle of rum in the fridge and was stocked with like 5 waters for $1 each.
