Great as always. Great location, lovely staff, super comfy beds, good wifi, delicious breakfast, clean, really appreciate gym access.

Nothing. There's noise from the city but that's probably the case anywhere!

The room was clean. The only downside was when I requested for an early check in and i was surprised they will charged me 1k per hour. Also requested for a late check out since we can't do an early check in, and it eas denied. SHANGRILA/SHERATON & Seda allows either both. I just don't understand why this property won't allow.

Staff are very accommodating especially Ma'am Nicole ( one of their receptionist). Will come back. Worth every penny. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at times which affected sleep slightly. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

The air-conditioning on our first night was not functioning well we had to transfer. Staff were quick to respond to our room change. Quest Hotel will always be our home away from home.
