This hotel has no elevator, and this is not mentioned anywhere before booking. You have to carry your luggage by yourself to the second or even the third floor, which is very difficult, especially with heavy bags. Also, the girl working at the reception is very rude. She never smiles and is not welcoming at all. Her attitude makes guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. These two points really affected our experience. The hotel should clearly inform guests that there is no elevator, and the reception staff should be more polite and professional.
