The location was nice, a bit of noise from the near by construction going on but peaceful at night. The hotel was decent, the room was comfy with a nice ambience, a nice garden view from my window and very helpful staff; Phionah at the front desk was great. The shower was very good; nice strong pressure and there was always hot water. The breakfast though complimentary, needs improvement; not too much variety but good spread of fruits but lunch was better as it was A la carte.

Wifi was FREE but very unstable; Though, after much complaint, it improved but still unstable occasionally. The Air Condition occasionally trips off at night, but the chill at night was more than sufficient, so didn't really bother. The towels need changing; they are old and worn out. Calling it a resort is kind of a contradiction, hotel or boutique hotel is more appropriate.

Very peaceful for a city property. The staff were first rate.

Our AC was leaking and dripping water heavily The bed sheet was a disaster- no mattress topper or protector, the sheet wasn’t fitted so it was sliding under you in all directions and you wake up on the bare mattress rather than on the sheet. Shower head was poor, toilet wobbled badly everytime you sit on it.
