Room size was great. Bed was comfortable. Location was very handy to the city.

Size of the unit. Good water pressure in shower. Everything provided that you could possibly need.

Broken shower caddy. Street noise from cars racing but did stop about 1.30am.

Value for money was fantastic. We initially booked the cheapest room- a studio with queen bed but they saw we were travelling with a child and upgraded us for free. For the price it definitely exceeded my expectations.

The shower was a bit slow to drain and could’ve done with a bit better attention to detail on the little cracks/crevices around the shower door etc. The walls are thin/ not very soundproof but I knew this before booking- from reading other reviews.

The shower in room 36 was either freezing or boiling hot the mirror was filthy the hairdryer went then stopped we have been coming here for a long time we were very disappointed

The staff were helpful. The accommodation is in a great location and very easy to walk to all the places in and around the cbd and restaurants. The inside of the room was super clean and fresh. All the utensils and Equipment were great for making breaki. all we needed is a clean bed to sleep in, and that's what we got .

The facilities are old and rundown could do with a building wash to get rid of the black molding on the outside, the furniture inside is also very old and worn out. The little table and chair were very rickety and if we were bigger people im sure they would have broken. The couch is very very old and had a table cloth on it to cover up all the stains from many years of use. At first glance when arriving i thought oh Lord what have I booked .. but inside is much nicer than outside.
