"The booking process was easy. The front desk person was polite at check in. The room was dirty."

Location was ok. A little noisey from truck traffic.

The room wasn't clean. The shower curtain rod was falling down. The bedspread and skirt were stained or dirty. I used my blanket from the car. No poop bags in the dog area. Room was really dark probably so that the dirt was harder to see.

"I wish this hotel was everywhere"

The gentleman at the front desk was the best ever! He had a million dollar smile and made us feel so welcome , I would never stay anywhere else when visiting madrass- lol We had a great night at casino too ! Bed was comfy- fridge was great - even has a coffee pot! Simply amazing :) Great place if traveling with pet too

Rooms were big, clean and comfortable

Our neighbors were loud and rowdy every night and you could hear everything. They also liked to stand outside our door to smoke.
