The heating unit that was in the wall was very loud, made it hard to sleep and didn’t do well heating the room. The room was affordable for it being a game weekend where very other hotels in town drastically spiked prices. Bed was ok. Location wasn’t great.

Great remodel of a motel. Only issue was the window unit Heat/AC ….. couldn’t regulate temperature of room for long so we heard the unit turn on and off all night. Very sweet (free) amenities left in room; drinks/snacks. Perfect place for a one night stay. Felt safe even though the surrounding area isn’t too “pretty”

Very clean and it has a cute Route 66 vibe. The owners are very nice. The bed was very comfy, and they provide free snacks and drinks.

Amazing Jewel in the Emerald City! Signature Inn is even better than any of the reviews posted so far. For a very reasonable price, I experienced a totally updated motel, with on-site owners who have addressed every basic traveler need: clean and sanitary floors and surfaces, comfortable beds, crisp sheets, new furniture and fixtures, plenty of hot water, quality soaps, shampoo and lotion, plentiful towels, and a complimentary assortment of snacks and healthy beverages. I am coming here every time I stay in Eugene!

The street traffic noise was unbearable. I am a lite sleeper so I wore ear plugs. The traffic noise was so loud ALL night, on a Tues, that i probably hit only two hours sleep. No bueno for i had to drive for 9 hours afterwards.

Felt a bit apprehensive walking round the surrounding area of hotel and the road house was quite loud but the hotel itself was lovely. Pricey when there’s a football game on though
