Room - with the air conditioning working, the air in the room is poor, stuffy. Despite changing rooms, the air quality in both rooms is the same.

Gute Lage. Pool auf dem Dach, abends schön mit Cocktails und Essen. Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr guter Auswahl und schön zubereitet. Zimmer einfach und funktionell, aber etwas karg. Nur ein Glas und eine Tasse im Doppelzimmer. Servicegedanke ausbaufähig, Mitarbeiter grüßen und beachten Gäste kaum. Gut als einfaches Business-Hotel, aber nicht zum Wohlfühlen.

Points positifs Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et reposant. La chambre correspondait bien aux photos de Booking et offrait le confort attendu. Le petit-déjeuner, inclus dans notre réservation, était généralement complet et varié, avec la possibilité de demander des ajouts à la demande — un vrai plus, surtout pour les enfants. Le personnel, que ce soit à la réception ou en cuisine, a été d’une disponibilité et d’une gentillesse remarquables, toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire.

Points à améliorer Nous avons toutefois remarqué de légères odeurs par moments dans la chambre. Un petit effort sur ce point permettrait de rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable.
