Good location, enough space in the room and a nice Skybar with a beautiful view. Wahib always welcomed us in a warm and professional way.

As usual the staff were over friendly and accommodating , the breakfast was amazing and I checked in and out in record time ✔️

Schönes Businesshotel im Bankenviertel. Abends wenig Möglichkeiten, Essen zu gehen. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch weiter weg. Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool und die Rooftop Bar sind wirklich schön. Frühstücksbuffet umfangreich und lecker. 🙂

A améliorer : Au vu de l'état de l'hôtel, de la chambre, du service proposé, et du petit déjeuner moyen, le prix de la chambre est beaucoup trop cher. Et j'en ai fait des hôtels avec mon métier ! A maintenir : L'accueil était au rdv, avec des sourires, et personne disponible. Le parking est un vrai plus.

First Impression is the Last Impression. I've never stayed here, however, I can already sense that my experience would have been far from satisfactory. The hotel’s service left much to be desired, particularly in terms of communication. Lack of Responsiveness is one of the Hotel's major issue. It's failure to answer phone calls and emails despite multiple attempts to get in touch for both pre-arrival queries and in-stay requests, I received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that positions itself as a mid-range to premium option.

Absolutely horrible hotel do not stay here the AC is very weak you check in and and then maintenance comes though AC is leaking the whole time I was there only thing good about the whole place was the housekeeping they were phenomenal the food is absolutely terrible stay somewhere else you’ll thank me later
