The room was adequate, breakfast was okay, young lady on reception did her best to sort out an issue that was due to an oversight by the hotel.

A/C barely functioned, breakfast although adequate wasn't anything special. The gentleman working reception the morning of the 9th could do with learning some people skills. The hotel advertises currency exchange but it isn't a proper exchange. You cannot pay for cash with a cc. Hotel takes a deposit which is supposed to be a holder then charges you the final amount while refunding the deposit. What they should do is just take the deposit and refund the difference. Doing it the existing way means your account shows double debit even if temporary.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to share a feedback regarding a recent stay at ibis Tunis. Although I did not personally stay at the hotel, one of our company’s employees stayed there during an overseas business trip. He is a technical staff member from Inform Elektronik, and his name is Yakup Haliloğlu. According to his experience, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Most importantly, he was very impressed by the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of Ms. Toujeni Malek. She was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout his stay. Her positive attitude and dedication made a significant difference and left a very positive impression on our colleague. Very welcoming staff, especially Mrs. Nermine, she made sure that everything was on track during my check-in and my check-out as well. The room was spacious and comfortable, Delicious breakfast with many options, and the location of the hotel is perfect.

I struggled to charge my phone because there was no plugs close to bed, and unavailability of reception after 12am or even sometimes before that hour.
