Le personnel professionnel, disponible et à l'écoute. Merci pour l'accueil et le service.

Le côté restauration au niveau du Novotel et qui n'est vraiment pas de qualité. Les tarifs exagéré, même en France dans ce type d'établissement on ne paie pas le café 4€. Le tarif de la restauration n'est pas justifié et n'est pas de qualité.

Well located in the old part of Constantine with amazing views. Secured as protected by a gate. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. The beds were comfortable.
