Free parking was a big plus. Very good location. Friendly staff. Large room with amazing view. We were offered some extra vegan options for breakfast there (hummus, vegan yogurt), very much appreciated

The room smelled strongly of parfum.

Waren 3 Tage dort.Hotel war super,sehr freundliches Personal,ganz netter Empfang haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer auch sehr sauber nix auszusetzen. Frühstück ausreichend und lecker Hotel auf jenden Fall zu empfehlen.

"wunderbares Hotel im Herzen von Karlsbad"

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann fußläufig alle Attraktionen von Karlsbad erreichen. In ein paar Minuten ist man mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und würden wieder buchen.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang: Wir bekamen überraschend ein Upgrade und hatten ein unglaublich schönes Zimmer. Alles war tipptopp - sehr empfehlenswert!
