Small very comfortable hotel, very personal,, with excellent customer service.

Unfortunate incident, I was in the bathroom n the door got stuck. I was unable get out. I'm disabled n it was very stressful n frightening. I started to scream help. Then aftter approx half hr used the small shower head to bang on door to get attention. Luckily the 2 girls in the next room heard me n raised the alarm. They contacted reception n the lovely young lady on reception came to my rescue immediately. She could see it was stressful for me n asked if I would like to move to another room. But they full up for weekend n no room available until monday. I agreed no problem, satisfied in my comfortable room. Can wait. When went down for breakfast next morning, gentleman on reception said moving me to new room! The lovely lady receptionist worked how they could move me earlier n had phoned him 11pm night before.. Now that's what I call customer service going that extra mile! Mad with myself didn't take her name. But will find out before I leave as want ti give her the tip she deserves.

Molt bona ubicació. Hotel senzill però modern. Personal molt amable. Llit gran.

Habitació un pèl petita i lavabo també força petit. L'aire acondicionat s'escolta una mica massa pel meu gust, així com el llum verd de emergència que enfoca massa al llit.
