Nowhere to hang up shower Very noisy street

Gabriella was fantastic. She helped us out with parking issues (several times), including driving out of old town so we could follow her out. The hotel was great, we had a private swimming pool in the room....had a balcony looking out on the sea. We would definitely recommend a stay here to everyone.

good location and the top terrace was great. room was comfortable and bed was comfy. lots of towels and bathroom bits to use

lack of proper shower in place of jet bath which I would never use parking could be an issue and we tried to use your secure parking which wasn’t available to us

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff.

Simply DO NOT book this hotel. We paid 450 EUR per night in August for the Suite room. Our bed was literally 1.5 meters away from the Reception where they prepare breakfast. I am not kidding. We could hear glasses, plates, everything at 7,30am. We requested a change of room, to be able to rest, and they offered another room with a private pool inside at an extra cost of 120 EUR per night (additional). Finally, they agreed to change us at no cost. New room had a pool inside, which made the whole room smell like a gym and have floor and rest of the room totally wet. It had a round bed with bedsheets that did not fit. WiFi did not work inside. Level of noise from the street was absolutely unbearable. Terrace upstairs has a pool that looks very cool on Instagram. Reality is that it's tiny and shallow. This hotel is a total joke at the price of the Four Seasons. Absolutely worst experience I have had so far on Booking.

Une piscine dans une chambre appelée suite luxury au niveau d’une cave sous la rue et bruyante, c’est du jamais vu!! On avait une appréhension à regagner cette suite le soir uniquement pour dormir. En étanche petits déjeuner agréables sur le roof top.
