It was in a nice part of the old town. The rooms were a good size

The ‘pool’ was accessed via a tiny difficult spiral staircase. The pool was tiny and the depth of a bath. The pictures were very deceptive. The outside space was open to the public for a charge - it was a tiny space and meant there was no room for us as paying guests. When not open to public no staff to get food or drinks from. We had no idea when it would be open The staff were dismissive at best. When the space was open it was incredibly noisy very late at night. Not the relax by the pool experience we expected. The owner did not respond re check out and charged our credit card with no invoice to show what the charges were for We have emailed ,messaged and reached out via social media and have to been responded to

The room with the sea view was fantastic 🤩 the breakfast was delicious. I had an amazing time at the pool and the hosts are super friendly! We had an amazing time here

I would like to express my deep disappointment with my stay at Bellavista Suite, a property advertised as 4/5 stars, which in reality did not meet even basic hospitality standards. Upon arrival and throughout my stay, I encountered several serious issues: No room cleaning at all during the stay. The room was never serviced. Toiletries were missing, and the standard of cleanliness was far below expectations. Cold water in the shower – no hot water was available. Breakfast was disorganized and very poor. The staff did not speak English, seemed completely lost, and unless we explicitly asked, we were not served anything. Wi-Fi did not work at all during the stay, which made it even more inconvenient. Tourist tax charged twice. €8 had already been charged online, yet on arrival Roberto, the manager’s husband, charged us another €8 in cash. I paid €10, was not given change or a receipt, and when I raised the issue, the manager dismissed it arrogantly, claiming there was “no proof.” Rooftop fee misleading. At the hotel entrance, it is clearly stated that the rooftop access costs €5 for external guests. However, a friend of mine who lives locally, was charged €70. This charge appeared on the invoice, even though there is no mention anywhere of such a price. When questioned, the manager lied and claimed she had been at the pool, which was false — all three of us were present, and none of us saw her there. The most disappointing aspect was the attitude of the manager, Michele. She was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, speaking to us and to my Italian friend (who acted as translator) in a condescending way and even lying to our faces about the tax and the rooftop fee. For a property charging over €500 per night, this level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. What should have been a luxury stay turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience.
