Great little find, fab hotel in a beautiful setting. We booked a design or superior double. Pros Lovely and modern, large, clean comfortable room. Comfy bed, fridge, safe, wardrobe, TV no uk channels, open fire with wood available in the yard, tea and coffee making facilities. Small outdoor space with seating from patio doors, with great views. Large bathroom with great spa style shower. Very friendly host who gave us a map of the area and description of local attractions. Location 10 minutes to the hot springs or saturina which is a cute little village. 10-20 mins from other local villages of interest. Right in the middle of lovely countryside. Property outdoor areas, lovely large seating area, heated pool with sunloungers (unfortunately quite alot of bugs in the pool put us off, but given the setting its inevitable), good parking area up a lovely sweeping drive. Breakfast, traditional fresh produce, fresh honey from the comb, fire to cook your meat, fresh bread it was delicious. Cons (if im being picky) Loads of bugs lol but it is the countryside No food options outside breakfast or evening meal at 7.

Meget fornøyd og det beste overnattingsstedet i løpet av vår reise i Italia påsken 2024. Stor og koselig leilighet i flotte omgivelser. Oppvarmet basseng i hagen. Koselig med dyr på gården. Barnevennlig. Fin lekeplass. Bra frokost. Kort vei til de varme kildene i Saturnia og andre sjarmerende landsbyer i området.

This property was great. The staff was kind and wonderful. They spoke great English and clear and concise Italian. The room was great for the 4 of us. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Dinner was a top notch experience. Make early dinner reservations.

Posto molto bello con bella vista sui colli. La struttura tipica e molto carina, fatta in pietra Colaizone abbondante e buona, personale cordiale Sicuramente da ritornare in estate

Bella esperienza anche se di un solo giorno. Immerso nel verde a due passi dalle Terme di Saturnia e dai borghi medievali limitrofi che valgono la visita. Camere moderne dotate di tutti i confort, piscina riscaldata e per chi vuole fermarsi a mangiare anche un ottimo ristorante. Migliorabile la colazione. Consigliato

Chambre très propre et spacieuse,salle de bain spacieuse aussi, pas de rangement dans la douche pour les articles de toilette, bac à douche trop court donc un peu d’eau qui s’échappe pendant la douche. Pas d’emplacement pour faire sécher les serviettes de bain. Très calme comme endroit mais aussi perdu en pleine forêt, au niveau du personnel rien à dire ils sont très accueillant, cependant l’accès quand on a des valises n’est pas du tout pratique ( monté et escaliers ) l’hôtel propose des billets pour le SPA que je recommande chaudement car la cascade du moulin n’est pas très propre et les gens ne sont pas respectueux du lieu.

Our only regret is that we were only here for one night. Next time we will book at least two. There is tons to do in the area. The property itself and room were super nice. The restaurant was also very good.
