La colazione da migliorare. Pochissimi prodotti, commerciali....niente di tipico del posto, tranne una crostata

prenotando velocemente l'ubicazione non era quella che pensavamo, nonstante questo ci siamo trovati bene e il soggiono si e svolto nel miglior modo. buonissimi i dolci e la frutta a colazone. il silenzio regna nella struttura per chi desidera il riposo è perfetto

At first we were a bit worried as we couldn't find the hotel in the sat nav, but then after we put in the coordinates we found on google maps, we found the gorgeous, serene and peaceful Ai Vecchi Crateri Hotel! We had the beautifully designed room 9 which is on the 1st floor with the view of the hotel's outdoor and pretty communial area. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise for us, as nowhere around Mount Etna, had we seen such delicate and beautiful, art and design come together to blend into a wonderful homely and comfortable place to stay. The hotel is run by a family whom pay a lot of importance to satisfying their customers and are so good at making you feel welcome. Michelle served us, and he knows a little English and communicating with him was easy. Definitely recommend this hotel!!

Base di partenza per la salita cratere centralr dell'Etna. Buona trattoria nelle vicinanze con prezzi modici .Antichi Sapori.

Ubicación excelente para visitar el Etna, pero los servicios del hotel dejan que desear. Nevera de la habitación no funcionaba, la televisión necesitaba una cuña de madera para que el conector pudiese enchufarse. El restaurante comida básica sin mas.Desayuno servido a la mesa pero limitado a tostadas y un pedazo de plumcake.

No english speaking persons, air condtion didn't work, minibar didn't work, wifi didnt work. But a magnificent location
