Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Proaktiv auf Probleme durch den aktuellen Schnee informiert und Empfehlungen ausgesprochen. Gerne wieder! Die bequemsten Betten auf Island (unserer Meinung nach).

This is a wonderful Resort. We had a room with the balcony and what a beautiful view! Every staff individual greeted us with a smile and hospitality. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner when we arrived and the excellent free breakfast in the morning and also, the lady at the spa when we enjoyed the pools at night. Also, we saw hundreds of puffins at the Eystri when we went late in the evening.

The refrigerator in the room would not cool and we had trouble with the lock on the door, but those we were so minor next to all the positives.

Parkplatz sehr grob geschottert; für isl. Verhältnisse normal, ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln

Sehr schön ruhig gelegen und man kann mit dem Auto direkt vor dem Zimmer parken. Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht und waren damit sehr zufrieden - alles sauber, schöne Ausstattung, schönes Bad (sogar mit kleinem Fenster), guter Zustand insgesamt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (für isländische Verhältnisse). Auch die Angestellten (Hotel & Restaurant) waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück wäre schön gewesen.

Beste Lage, um die Puffins zu besuchen. Modern nordisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Die Bäder waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt sauber, die Gemeinschaftsküche ist gut ausgestattet und geräumig (Achtung: einkaufen muss man in Egilsstadir). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und vielfältig!

Our stay at the Blabjörg Resort was one of our favourite. The entire staff was very friendly, dinner was delicious and we loved our cozy room with a beautiful view on the sea. Thank you for everything!

Siamo partiti titubanti avendo trovato solo una camera con bagno in comune, però ci siamo dovuti ricredere. L'hotel è un mix tra un ostello di alta gamma e un boutique hotel in "centro" al paesino. La pulizia è al top, anche nei bagni in comune. Le stanze sono piccole ma con il necessario. Il personale è super gentile. C'è anche una zona comune per cucinare. Noi abbiamo scelto di mangiare e rilassarci nel loro bar ristorante veramente buono, ottime birre e ottimi piatti, certo il prezzo è quello islandese. Abbiamo anche provato la colazione che è stata una vera chicca. Non abbiamo usato le vasche esterne e la spa. Qualità prezzo al limite perchè pur prenotando in anticipo non è stato certamente a buon mercato, perlomeno ha superato le aspettative nel resto. Consigliato
