The location was great, good variety of food at breakfast, it was clean and parking on site Amazing view of the church from the bed!

Die Lage war hervorragend, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Frühstück bot alles, was wir brauchten, verschiedene Brotsorten, Cornflakes, Müsli, Obst, Joghurt, Eier, Thunfischsalat, an einigen Tagen Kuchen. Der Kaffee war sehr gut und natürlich gab es auch Tee, Orangensaft und Wasser. Das Ein- und Auschecken war unproblematisch und einfach.

Im Zimmer wären Ablage- bzw. Schränke gut. Wir mussten einen Großteil unserer Sachen im Koffer lassen, was aber für ein paar Tage kein Problem war.

Zentrale Lage - 3 min zur Hallgrims Kirche. Gemeinschaftsbad auf der Etage (sehr sauber) und ebenso Küche, man kann sich Kaffee oder auch Essen kochen .

We accidentally checked the "poor" box, when we meant to check "excellent." DUH! We stayed here for five nights and loved it. The staff was amazing—extremely pleasant and helpful, always taking time to answer our questions. We found one woman (the Manager, we think) to be so gracious and accommodating. For example, we asked for two extra pillows and they were delivered in 30 seconds! Our room was on the ground floor, and it was so quiet and private and within a few feet of the free parking which was another asset provided by Sunna. The beds were perfect, especially the down comforters. We couldn’t get the TV going but we never asked for assistance. After all, why watch TV when in Iceland??? It makes much more sense to roam the streets and pet the kitties of Reykjavik! And there is not a better location: within a stone’s throw of the iconic Lutheran Cathedral and all the good shops and restaurants in the downtown area. We’ll definitely be back!

The room is clean and self sufficient. Very convenient to walking to the city center. It was a little tricky getting into the guest house because it was not clear that there are two buttons to access the door. After traveling for eighteen hours, we were not at our best and did not make the connection. Once we figured that out, it all made sense. The guest house was easy to find - all you need to do is look up to find the large church and start walking up.
