Property Notes

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the property prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 12 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. A car is recommended for transportation to and from this property. Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.

"Wonderful place to vit."

It's a paridise, lots to do and eat. The stuff always friendly and helpful. All the food fresh and delicious . I will return for sure. We stayed for 5 nights. Had an amazing time. We will be back for sure. For who has children there are lots of activities.

O hotel fica na praia de Ipioca. Praia na frente fo hotel muito boa, tem onda mas dá para tomar banho tranquilamente! Hotel all inclusive de ótima qualidade, funcionários atenciosos, quarto confortável, pouco barulho!

"great place for vacation"

Very good resort with natural beauty, delicious food, comfort and entertainment. I would go back and recommend this beautiful place. It is about 40 minutes from Maceió airport . We had a great time enjoying the beach, pool and restaurant. At night there is always music and lots of activities for children.

"Great facility"

Loved the resort, clean, great hospitality, but the beach is a no go water due to a near by river, lat of local sea fich which is better than tilapia, nevertheless a boat is at hand to visit the ocean not far from the resort which I recommend. Be aware that the Recife airport is a minimum 2 hours away from the resort.

Hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. A começar pela recepção e atendimento no momento do check-in. Sempre digo que isso é sempre o cartão de visitas de um grande hotel. O restante do hotel simplesmente formidável. Qualidade da comida, disponibilidade dos restaurantes, bebidas e facilidades por todo o hotel. Cafeteria fantástica. Ótimo ambiente para famílias com filhos pequenos. Limpeza e qualidade dos quartos realmente muito bons. Parabéns, nota 10.
