Me maravilla la ubicación y me ha gustado especialmente el personal.

Se podría mejorar el servicio de agua caliente, que a veces no lo está.

Chambre, douche à notre arrivée ne fonctionne pas et insalubre

Un réceptionniste sur deux qui était très accueillant.

Le même petit déjeuner servi tous les matins, il faisait très froid car pas de chauffage alors que nous étions au mois de décembre et on ne peut pas demander un repas (déjeuner et dîner). C’est au moins à quinze minutes à pied de la ville de Salé et 45 minutes de Rabat à pied.

Завтраки не понравились. Предлагались только хлеб, кофе, масло и мед. Утромкаждому человеку необходим белок. Повара готовят без желания. Горячая вода в номере отсутствует. Из крана течет слегка теплая вода, струйкой. Помыться в таких условиях не возможно. За такую цену можно найти в Рабате гораздо лучшие условия. Расположение отеля отдалено от всех достопримечательностей, до общественного транспорта идти пешком не менее 29 минут

L’établissement est bien placé dans salé proche du centre de Rabat. Les chambres sont fonctionnels, petit déjeuné posé le matin dès le réveil par une dame très accueillante

The staff were friendly and spoke English, beds were ok. My twin room on the first floor was a good size, cleaned daily. Riad was nicely decorated but old-looking, located in the safe area of old Madina, within walking distance of the city centre and we were able to see how locals live.

For the duration of stay 2 nights no hot water. The breakfast included was very basic. We were there at the end of December, and Riad was cold, and I felt cold at night.

Air conditioning not working in the room and everywhere is so cold and dark ,no windows and light in room ,they don’t put it on the air condition and it’s so cold everywhere,ice got ill from the cold and ruined my stay . Very hard beds and noisy place .

Le personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute. Super petit déjeuner. Mention spécial pour Ashraf à l’accueil.
