Marstrands Havshotell

A very nice hotel by the sea with a sea view, a good spa, and excellent food – both dinner and breakfast were delicious.

Wspaniale sniadanie

Dziwne troche ,że po skorzystaniu ze spa trzeba w szlafroku przejsc przez cała restauracje, gdzie ludzie jedza kolacje, by dostac sie do swego pokoju . Ponadto hotel pobiera dodatkowa oplate za basen przy i tak wysokich cenach za hotel.Nigdzie tez o tym wyraznie nie informuje.Dowiedzialam sie o tym ze musze extra zapłacic z opinii gosci. Hotel pozwala na picie alkoholu ze szklanych butelek i kieliaszkow w basenie .To tez troche dziwne i niebezpieczne.

On arrival the reception told me they had given my room to someone else because they had complained about their room being too cold. They finally found me a room and told me id have to move the next day to another room which i refused as this wasnt my fault and i was up and out early as i was on another island at a wedding. Three times while i was at said wedding they rang me to ask why i haven't come to move rooms! After explaining over and over each time that i wasn't it was Really annoying when I'm trying to enjoy a family wedding. On check out they then asked again i was supposed to move and why didnt i
