The staff were exceptionally helpful when our air conditioning unit didn't work. They tried to fix it then moved us to another room when it still didn't work. We loved the location near the castle and above the river.The town of Mertola is fascinating as there are many archeological sites..There are unearthed ruins within the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and we loved a dip in the pool to keep cool. .

A localização era óptima. O quarto tinha uma varanda com vista para o rio Guadiana. As Instalações eram muito boas. O pequeno almoço era bom, tinha o essencial. Os funcionários muito simpáticos. O estacionamento próprio era uma mais valia.

Não tenho nada de negativo a assinalar. Tudo positivo.

Prachtige locatie, uitzicht op de Guadanarivier vanuit de kamer, dichtbij het centrum. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Leuk terras waar je iets kon drinken of een lekkere salade eten als lunch. De boottocht op de rivier die ze aanbieden, is een aanrader.
