For all stays longer than one week, we require a payment of 50% of the total room price to guarantee the reservation. Please note that extra bed/cot can be added only in the rooms, not in the studios and not in the suite. Extra bed/cot is subject to availability and upon request. Baby cot is free while extra bed costs EUR 15. Please note that the credit card which is used to make the booking needs to be shown upon check-in and the name of the booker needs to be the same as the name on the credit card. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday, please note that the restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Our restaurant is closed for annual holidays from 02.08.2024 to 18.08.2024 inclusive and from 20.12.2024 to 05.01.2024 included. Payment for the stay is made upon arrival and the credit card number is requested as a guarantee. Any reservation for more than 5 rooms entails special conditions and may incur additional costs Baby cot is free while extra bed costs EUR 22. Please note that there is no lift and no air-conditioning in the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
