Boreland Lodge Hotel

Forget any reviews older than 2018 this is a very cosy and comfortable hotel. The room was a fair size considering it had a double and a single in the room nicely furnished with a great shower room and plenty of towels. The service was fantastic, the staff were so attentive and even allowed us to eat our takeaway in the breakfast room. The breakfast was continental but has plenty of fresh croissants and boiled eggs, much to my sons delight. The only down sides was the actual town itself, we really struggled to find somewere to sit and eat with a toddler without driving out of town.

Great value for money, even with the extra charge for electricity. I would preferred that to have been up front. Can't help but feel ripped off when extras are added over and above the website rate. Having said that we would definately go back. Nice resort. Good bar, spa and other facilities. And a beautiful 10minute walk down the Birks of Aberfeldy to the town centre.

I only stayed for one night this time but it is an area I usually visit a couple of times a year and will look for availability here again next time, clean and pleasant with a friendly welcome and good value in my opinion.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My family and I were horrified at the condition of the room and spent over an hour trying find an alternative hotel but couldn't due to demand placed by the Edinburgh Marathon. The beds hadn't been changed, the radiator was hanging off the wall, the bedding looked filthy. The images say it all but Hotels. Con should consider removing this from their site.

Nice big room and condition reflected by cheap cost. Nothing special just did the job

i read many comments about here and was glad i chose to make up my own mind. the room we were given was just fine for our stay. we didnt have breakfast as needed to leave promptly in the morning. easy to find and had everything we needed.nice sleep and nice bathroom too.

It’s ok for the place. Nice and quiet but the rooms been very cold.

It was an overnight stay only to allow us to get to the Airport for an early flight. It worked well for us and we will use this Hotel in the future when we need to.

Not good. TV no volume in first room, moved to another room of cheaper value. Bed uncomfortable. Needs refurbished throughout. NO HOT WATER AT ALL, for shower or to have a wash,
