Clean, big apartment with everything, convenient, good location, staff reachable by phone if they are not there (we had issues with the check in and later with the cards and they solved immediately)

Enkelt, rent och fräscht, allt funkade. Litet rum men väldisponerat.

Saknade personal även om det tekniska fungerade. Förslag på frukostställe i närheten vore bra. Källarfönster var oväntat men kanske ok med tanke på lågt pris.

The hotel is in a safe area nearby Lund town centre and the check-in and check-out were very easy - I arrived at 2 a.m. because of a delayed train and I had no problems getting there. The staff in the chat was also very helpful. The room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. Good value for the money.

My room and its equipment was quite minimalistic, I would appreciate it if there was a glass or a cup for drinking tap water.
