Crown Hotel Okinawa

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Hisako (forgive me if I mispelled) was very friendly and helpful. Yoshiko was also very friendly and greated everyone with a smile. There were other front desk people that were also very friendly. I would recommend staying here as the price and purchasing breakfast in advance was very reasonable. When I come back to Okinawa, I will be staying here.

This is a lovely little hotel with the nicest staff. We had the room with two beds and it was huge. Beds were nice and firm and sheets were thick and clean. Two style of pillows were on the bed. One was like a flat cushion which I did not use and the other was a softer pillow - not super fluffy which as a stomach sleeper I loved. Room had slippers and daily nightwear which was also a thick cotton. Toiletries supplied in bathroom were razors, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, hairbrush, hair rinse, body soap and also face soap. Room had an electric tea pot with teabags and cups. The mini fridge came in handy keeping our giant jugs of green tea cold. The best part of the stay was breakfast. We did the breakfast add on and were so impressed. How it works is when you come back to the hotel in the PM to pick up your key and go to sleep, the front desk asks you to choose which style breakfast you want the next morning. When you come downstairs in the AM the front desk gives you a little card that says what type of breakfast to make you. It’s genius. There are 6 types. 4 are western and the other two are Japanese and Okinawan. The later two were phenomenal. The chef really spent time to make it special and each morning the items were slightly different. The Japanese option was a fried egg, rice, miso soup, two different salads, and 3 different proteins along with natto and seaweed. The Okinawan option was similar but with spam and different veg. The drinks are self service and the coffee was fresh and delicious. Breakfast was for sure the highlight of our stay. Every single staff member we saw was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
