Grand Vista Hotel & Suites

The location was what I needed it to be. The breakfast was fine.

Front desk person was very rude. He tried to cancel my reservation when I arrived because he did not see my payment confirmation, but refused to look at my receipt. When the confirmation showed on his computer, he did not apologize for his rudeness. I was very upset. When I tried to cancel for my 2nd night, he said he would not because he was too busy. There was water damage all over the ceilings and the bed was very itchy- felt unclean.

Clean and comfortable. For me the location was perfect since I was headed to the Tail of the Dragon.

Breakfast could have been better.

The rooms were clean. The staff was great! Parking was very good.

The breakfast was awful! For $142 a night we should have had a hot breakfast with multiple offerings like fresh fruit, eggs, bacon or sausage , potatoes, waffles, pastries, etc The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

We didn't have the breakfast as we were running late, however it looked very good, very clean, and enjoyable had we had time to stay and partake in it.

I don't know anything that I didn't like about this hotel. I have stayed here several times and have never had a bad experience at all. when in the area, I will definitely be staying at this facility.
