Les photos sont très clairement celles d'un appartement témoin neuf, très loin du logement que nous avons découvert. C'était poussiéreux, mal entretenu et très dégradé. Il faut penser à passer derrière les portes quand on nettoie et sur les portes aussi de temps en temps. Les lits sont très inconfortable, un matelas fin sur une planche de bois. La plomberie en mauvais état, le robinet de la douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement et celui de la cuisine faisait un bruit d'enfer à l'ouverture avec coupure d'eau chaude au moment où nous avions très envie de profiter d'une douche. C'est au client de faire sa vaisselle, ça pas de problème. Cependant l'équipe d'entretien ne vérifie visiblement pas l'état de ce qu'il y a dans les placards avant l'arrivée des prochains locataires.

C'était pas mal dans l'ensemble joli duplex

Bruit de la ventilation toute la nuit au dessus du lit VMC ,,pas facile pour dormir Difficile de trouver une place pour se garer et en plus les gens se garent mal prennent deux place ...au niveau ménage housse canapé tachée et pas très propre à côté du lit

Emplacement proche de Toulouse bien situé pour nous entre la Cité de l'espace et l'Isle Jourdain, accès pratique (merci Waze), Blagnac à 20 mn en voiture, emplacement calme, parking derrière très grand, boulangerie au rond-point à 200 m, village de Merville.

Petit déjeuné non disponible, insonorisation sonore relative climatisation HS, absence de cafetière, hotte aspirante rouillée, chauffage Sdb placé trop haut réglage compliqué obligé de monter sur le bord de la baignoire je me suis blessé, escalier très raide, matelas peu confortable, WC très exigus, éclairage chambre pas d'interrupteur proche du lit obligé de se lever pour éteindre la lumière, petits ralentisseurs sur la chaussée très brusques, espaces verts pas entretenus, environnement industriel.
