Property was clean staff was very friendly

They advertise dining hours at the tiki bar starting at 4pm. Tried 3 times to get service after 4. Say between 5-6. 3 times no one would wait on us. Tending more to the locals sitting at the bar. Other than that it was ok. Sometimes you just want to walk out of your room for something to eat. Did not work out for us

Dawson was excellent with check in. The motel was an older one but clean and decorated very tropical with bright colors. Beds comfortable. Bonus.....a canal right out your back door. The big thatched hut had a bar and bar food. The one bartender was a bit rude. Food decent.

Pam was a great person to deal with. She did everything she could to help us. There was one room left but she was having an issue getting us into the room because of computer not saying the room was available. She got help from someone and we got the room for the night. We went on a snorkel trip with them before a few years ago. We now have made it our go to place to stay at a resort on our way down to key west.
